Where is my order?
Once you place your order, we immediately take action to process payment and begin production of your exclusive limited edition item.
Because we print with high attention to quality and detail and we create each watch on demand, specifically for you, you will receive your order in approximately 3-4 weeks. We automatically upgrade your shipping to the fastest possible method at no cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
To make sure you receive your items ASAP as our customers urgently wish we could beam their products to you right away, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it, specifically for you. This means that once your order has been placed, it's in progress and you will be unable to cancel it.
What if I receive a faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we'll resolve this for you with aloha.
Can I exchange a custom item?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges for custom orders as each item is a limited edition run manufactured on demand for individuals one by one.
That said if you have difficulties, please contact us and return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
- Return the package to us by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
- Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
Will you be getting more stock?
Our items are limited edition. This means once these limited runs sell out, we are unable to furnish new stock of identical products. So if you see something you like, your best option is to stock up now!
