The Dance of Sensory Thoughts

Deep within the mind's abyss,
where our thoughts are born and die,
there’s a waltz, a sensory twirl,
that fills the knowing eye.

Sensations reign in this mystic realm,
states of yes and no collide,
feelings exist and cease to be,
in mind - that’s where they reside.

Tangled in a timeless tango,
sensations are yet intertwined,
mirroring each other's stance,
in nature’s reflections, we will find:

Particles of thought, waves of insight,
both exist in heartfelt light.
From the mental maze to conscious sight,
the same strange rules guide our flight.

A wonder, this sensory play,
color from chaos, night and day.
Sensory awareness, they say,
is this dance, a mindful ballet.
